Here are the ingredients you will need to make these healthy smoothies:
5 Kale Leaves
5 Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Cup Greek Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 Cup Non-Dairy Almond Milk/Beverage
1/2 Cup Raspberries
1/2 Cup Blueberries
Add these ingredients to your favorite blender and blend away! For my healthy smoothies, I use the almighty Ninja! This is a super fast blender and is very easy to use!
