My Go-To Beautifying Smoothie Recipe

Wake up with me and try my lovely, healthy and beautifying smoothie recipe! I am no smoothie guru, but I would have to say that experimenting with fruits and things that taste good, has gotten me a mouthful of flavor!

Here are the ingredients you will need to make these healthy smoothies:

5 Kale Leaves
5 Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Cup Greek Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 Cup Non-Dairy Almond Milk/Beverage
1/2 Cup Raspberries
1/2 Cup Blueberries
2 Bananas
Cinnamon (Extra)

Add these ingredients to your favorite blender and blend away! For my healthy smoothies, I use the almighty Ninja! This is a super fast blender and is very easy to use!

    That looks yummy! I love making smoothies with a frozen acai pack, almond milk, banana, strawberries and raspberries – then I like to top it with some chia seeds 🙂 I like that you snuck some healthy greens in yours! Will have to try that!
